COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS OUTREACH PROGRAM

In an effort to increase the accessibility of Crocodile River Music’s programming for all types of audiences, African Arts in Education established the Community Connections Program in 2015.

From the beginning, CRM has specialized in creating unique programs that are inclusive of all ages, backgrounds, and capabilities. Through our Community Connections Program, we expand our reach even further by leading workshops, hosting presentations, and performing concerts with and for our community partners.

Some of our community events include: An upcoming Worcester World Music Festival with several other organizations and Worcester City Hall; Summer Fest at Lyman Allyn Museum in Connecticut; drum and dance classes for Family Day at Fitchburg Art Museum; and concerts at Wellesley Free Library, Springfield Museums, and Fuller Craft Museum in Massachusetts.
